THE KENNEDY TEASER
The Last Supper Written by Garry Hicks and Giovanni Ginnetti
Our new TV show, The Last Supper, is almost finally filled with cast and crew. We have 6 episodes written and ready to film.
EXECUTIVE PRODUCER POSITION IS STILL OPEN. If interested, please contact me at garry@thelastsupper.tv
LOG-LINE: Italian crime “crew” catch up with former Mob Boss, who has disappeared to go “legit” ... (or has he?) by starring in a cooking show, which turns into a nation wide “hit.”
Carlo, a fast talking and snap decision maker, relocates to Florida’s west coast in a small town that he believes is off-the-beaten-path to start a new life. After a few weeks of what feels like a vacation, Carlo ‘itches’ to be in some sort of ‘business’. He buys a defunct nightclub, and while rehabbing it, is found out by one of his ‘former’ crew members ... who is ‘going on the lam’. Rocco Brunello, an attorney, also parted from the NY Crime family.
Think about it. What do mob guys love to do?
Wrong, not a hit on the competition.
They love to cook! So when mob boss Carlo leaves his New York family to hide out in Florida, what does he do when he gets bored?
You got it.
We have completed writing 6, 1 hour episodes. This can run as a mini-series or a regular cable TV series.
What those who have previewed our scripts love:
The drama of a ‘wise guy’ show.
Comedy and drama split equally.
A co-star that’s an African American teen that the mob boss takes under his wing.
A plot that revolves around a cooking show that’s on national television (The Mob Bosses Kitchen)
A recurring dream that pits Carlo against his younger self (The Hat) as they battle over mistakes Carlo has made in his youth.
A variety of wise guys that try to suck Carlo back into mob life.
New York and Tampa Bay mob bosses pitted against each other.
A woman TV executive that discovers the dark side of herself after a showdown with wise guys.
A well known singer that will open the cooking show with a song and will spark a CD that will go viral in sales.
Obviously there’s a lot more but we’re keeping that under wraps for now.
We also believe we will attract the former audience members that loved the Sopranos even though our show flows in a different direction.
This is not a reality Television Series. This is a Fictional scripted series which just happens to include real dates, places, people in history. Viewers could mistake this for realism.
We also have a musical trick up our sleeve that will be a first in the TV industry and could easily catapult us to the lips of everyone.

The following teaser follows Joey and Stevie just after Joey's release from jail on murder charges.
PLEASE NOTE: CONTAINS OFFENSIVE LANGUAGE!
SCENE: Vinny is having a TV show meeting with Sally, network executive, and others. Dominic and his 2 thugs, just in from New York, confront Vinny for the first time since he left the family.
INT. RESTAURANT DINING ARE DAY (not formatted)
Dominic and his boys enter the room. The tension is thick as they approach the table.
CARLO
What the... Rocco?
DOMINIC
My, my my, if it isn't the missing Vincent LaGuardia.
SALLY
(quick glance at Todd, Carlo, back to Todd)
LaGuardia??
DOMINIC
See boys, he's not dead, he's just on vacation. And look who's with him, the missing Rocco Brunello. We've missed you boys.
The tension is thick. Sally and Todd nervously glance at each other as does Carlo and Rocco. Sally gathers her things, stands.
SALLY
(to Dominic & then Todd)
We were just leaving.
DOMINIC
No one leaves, sit down.
Todd begins to stand...weak in the knees but sits back down on Dominic's command.
Dominic inspects the area as Frank and Nick move back so they can stand guard and see everything.
DOMINIC
So you're back in the restaurant business Vinny. Nice place you got here.
Todd's hands shake as he nervously pulls Rx bottle & swallows a pill. Patty watches him and rolls her eyes, recognizing he is not a man, yet a mouse.
ROCCO
(clears his throat)
Okay ...
DOMINIC
You shut the fuck up Rocco, you got a lot of explaining to do yourself. We talk to Carlo first, then I'll deal with you.
Joey watches from the kitchen, signals to Stevie to go out the back door and come in the front, Stevie rushes out. Joey strut's over to Dominic.
Sally glances at Todd, pulls out her phone and discreetly starts to film it all.
JOEY
How can I help you gentlemen?
Dominic inspects him.
DOMINIC
You can sit down and be quiet. We're here to talk to Carlo.
As Joey speaks, he parts his shirt, reveals his gun.
JOEY
They're having a business meeting, it would be best to come back later fella.
Frank and Nick pull their guns from their coat, point them at Joey.
DOMINIC
I don't know who the fuck you are but I suggest you mind you're own business.
JOEY
And I don't know who the fuck you are but I'd leave while your blood is still warm.
Stevie slithers up the steps and plants himself behind Frank and Nick, gun drawn.
Stevie cocks the trigger, everyone freezes. Harry grabs a shotgun from under the bar, pumps it and points it at Dominic. Sally whispers to Todd.
STEVIE
What my friend is saying is that we don't give a fuck who you even think you are. You're in our territory which means you either come as a guest or you're looking for a war. A war in our town, which you could never win.
SALLY
This is fantastic.
Todd cowers, hides behind Sally as much as possible.
CARLO
Is this what you want Dominic?
DOMINIC
You think I came here to start trouble? Carlo, this is on you, not on me.
NICK
Boss, we didn't come all this way to go home empty handed. Lemme take him out right now.
Joey turns his gun on Nick.
JOEY
Just say 'when' Mr. Portofino.
DOMINIC
Like I said, we didn't come here to start any trouble. Put away your guns boys.
As Frank and Nick slide their guns into their coat, Dominic stares cold as ice at Carlo, then Rocco, then Joey.
CARLO
Come on guys, lighten up, relax. Hide the steel, there are ladies present.
PATTY
Ladies Presents? Where?
Patty bounces up, Nick and Frank's jaws drop.
NICK
(loud pant)
Whoooaahh!
DOMINIC
(to Nick)
Keep it in your pants. We got work to do.
Sally jumps up, excited.
SALLY
That was fantastic!
(slaps Todd's arm) )
Beautiful Carlo. I'm not sure how to fit that into a cooking show, what were you thinking .... as an opener?
Everyone glances at each other, confused.
DOMINIC
(to Carlo)
What the fuck is she talkin' about?
ROCCO
As usual Dominic, you're timing is a little off. Still can't figure out how you got Rosalie pregnant.
CARLO
Rocco, whadda ya doin'?
Rocco stands, struts to Dominic, Sally sits.
ROCCO
I'm talking to this scum sucking piece of shit over here. Tonight, these wiseguys are found together in a hotel room fire, dead. Three dead wiseguys. You know what you can do with three dead wiseguys?
CARLO
Rocco, what the hell you doing? You losing it? We're gonna keep the peace here.
With the guns still on Nick and Frank, Rocco takes Nick's gun from him, Stevie takes Franks piece.
ROCCO
No, no, Stevie's right. They didn't come in peace...not these fuck-ups. Their only way out is in body bags.
Todd gasps...nearly squeals. Sally is in top form, turned on and filming as much as possible.
CARLO
Rocco, what's come over you? I've never seen you like this.
Rocco kicks a chair over to Dominic, he sits.
CARLO
Everyone hold on...everyone sit down.
Joey has Frank sit behind Dominic, frisks him for add'l guns. Frank shoves him away as he sits. Stevie and Harry stand back, guns drawn on Dominic and Nick.
ROCCO
Patty, go get the extension cords in the office and bring them to me... NOW!
DOMINIC
Rocco, like Carlo says, what are you doing? You an enforcer now?
Rocco walks behind everyone, slides the handgun down the bar to Harry. Patty stands to leave, Carlo motions for her to sit back down.
ROCCO
You know I never repeat myself.
DOMINIC
See Carlo ... if you'd have done what my father ordered, none of this shit would have ever happened.
Rocco glances from Dominic to Carlo, then quietly leaves the building through the front doors.
CARLO
You've got it all twisted up in that pointed little head of yours.
Carlo walks to Dominic, stands before him, Nick and Frank. He speaks quiet so Sally and Todd do not hear.
CARLO
You know, Rocco is correct ... your timing always sucks. You bust in on a business meeting with TV network people and women that you have no beef with.
Vinny shoots an icy stare at Dominic.
CARLO
This is your Hail Mary Pass...play it right, listen to that voice in your head and leave when I give you your cue. That's TV talk. Don't fuck this up.
